Privacy Policy.
This policy explains, in plain terms, what information Luxury Executive holds, why we hold it, and the control you have over it.
Who we are
Luxury Executive is a trading name of EIL Global Ltd. Depending on the relevant engagement, services may be provided by Norven Group Ltd, EIL Global Ltd or another relevant Norven Group entity. The applicable contracting and invoicing entity will be identified in the relevant engagement letter, terms of business or invoice. For website enquiries, senior executive introductions and general contact through this website, EIL Global Ltd, operating the Luxury Executive brand, will act as data controller. Where a client engagement is entered into with a specific Norven Group entity, that entity will normally act as controller for client and mandate data processed under that engagement, unless otherwise stated.
Norven Group structure
Norven Group Ltd, EIL Global Ltd and STECHNOLOGIES LTD form part of the Norven Group. Norven Group Ltd is the group and holding company. EIL Global Ltd is the operating company for Luxury Executive. Either Norven Group Ltd or EIL Global Ltd may act as the contracting or invoicing entity for a Luxury Executive engagement, as identified in the applicable engagement documentation. STECHNOLOGIES LTD is a separate technology and AI vehicle within the wider group and is not responsible for Luxury Executive services. A summary of these entities appears at the end of this policy.
What Luxury Executive does
Luxury Executive is a retained executive search and leadership advisory practice for the global luxury economy. We conduct board, chair, CEO and C-suite searches, provide leadership advisory and market mapping, and receive confidential senior executive introductions.
What this policy covers
This policy explains how personal data is collected and used in connection with the Luxury Executive website and our executive search and advisory services. It is written to be clear rather than exhaustive. For any question, contact us using the details at the end of this policy.
Personal data we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, organisation, role or title, email address, telephone number, LinkedIn or professional profile, current title and company, location and target geography, the function and sector you work in, the details of a mandate or introduction, and — if you choose to provide it — an optional CV or executive profile. We collect only what is relevant to responding to you and to our search and advisory work.
How we collect personal data
We collect personal data directly from you when you complete an enquiry, mandate or introduction form, or contact us; in the course of conducting a search or advisory engagement; and from publicly available professional sources where relevant to a mandate.
Candidate and senior executive data
In the course of executive search, we hold professional information about senior leaders relevant to current and potential mandates — career history, expertise, and the kind of role that may be relevant. We treat this information with discretion and will only ever discuss a specific opportunity with you, or share your details with a client, with your knowledge and, where appropriate, your express permission.
Client, prospect and mandate data
For clients and prospective clients, we hold contact and organisational information and the details of mandates and engagements, in order to provide and manage our services. We do not publish client identities or commercial terms.
Website and enquiry data
When you use our website or submit an enquiry, we process the information you provide and limited technical information necessary to deliver and protect the site. This website is intentionally lightweight and does not use advertising cookies or behavioural analytics. Our hosting and form-security providers may process IP address, browser and device information, and use strictly necessary storage to prevent abuse and deliver submitted forms.
Optional CV or executive profile upload
Where you choose to attach a CV or executive profile, we will use it to assess your potential relevance for confidential senior leadership mandates and to maintain an accurate record of your professional background. Providing a CV is optional. A LinkedIn profile and confidential introduction may be sufficient for an initial senior executive introduction. You may ask us to update or remove it at any time.
LinkedIn and publicly available professional sources
In executive search, we may refer to LinkedIn and other publicly available professional sources to identify and assess leaders relevant to a mandate. We use such information solely in connection with our search and advisory work, and with discretion. Where we obtain personal data from another source and contact you, we will provide this privacy information at first contact or within the period required by law.
How we use personal data
We use personal data to respond to and manage enquiries; to conduct and manage executive search, leadership advisory and market-mapping engagements; to consider individuals for relevant senior mandates; and to maintain the professional relationships at the heart of our practice. We do not sell personal data.
Lawful bases for processing
We process personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating an executive search and leadership advisory practice, and on the basis of your consent where you have given it — for example, when you ask us to retain your details for relevant mandates. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we balance those interests against your rights.
How we share personal data
We never sell your data. We will only discuss a specific candidate with a client, or share your details with a third party, with your knowledge and, where appropriate, your express permission. We may share data with trusted processors that provide website hosting and forms, spam prevention, email, secure IT, CRM, file storage and carefully governed AI-assisted tools. They may process data only to provide their services to us and are subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms.
International transfers
We operate across the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, the United States and Asia, and may transfer personal data internationally in connection with a mandate or through a service provider. Where required, we rely on an adequacy regulation or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism. You may ask us for further information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected. We set retention by reference to the status and lifecycle of an enquiry or mandate, the date of our last meaningful contact, whether you have asked us to retain a profile for future mandates, and any legal, regulatory, accounting or dispute-related requirement. We review candidate profiles and inactive enquiries periodically and delete or anonymise information that is no longer relevant. Where you ask us to remove your details, we will do so promptly, subject to any limited record we are required to retain.
AI-assisted tools and human judgement
Luxury Executive may use structured data capture, CRM systems, search tools or AI-assisted administrative tools to organise enquiries, summarise information or support market mapping. We do not make solely automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on individuals. Human judgement remains central to our executive search and advisory work.
Marketing and insights
We may occasionally share insights or thought leadership with professional contacts where there is a legitimate interest or where you have consented. You can ask us to stop at any time using the contact details below.
Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, and we keep these measures under review.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Your right to object: you may object at any time to direct marketing, and may object to processing based on our legitimate interests. To exercise a right, email info@luxuryexecutive.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising cookies or behavioural analytics. Strictly necessary technology may be used to deliver forms, prevent spam and protect the service, including Netlify form handling and reCAPTCHA. The site also requests web fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive limited technical information such as your IP address and browser details. We do not build advertising profiles from your visit. If we add non-essential analytics or marketing technology, we will update this notice and obtain consent where required.
Third-party links
Our website may link to third-party sites, such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their own policies.
